Let’s skip the fluff. The Client Ascension Tampa Mastermind was one of the best events of all time.

Here’s why.

  1. NO BORING POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS.

We went from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.

There were only two presentations with slides.

They featured Eddie Maalouf and Taylor Welch.

They didn’t just sit back and let the slides do the talking.

They engaged, asked questions, and entertained.

You got your money’s worth even if you only got to hear those two!

  1. LIVE UNSCRIPTED PANELS WITH Q&A

Here’s what most “panel” discussions get wrong.

They’re scripted and leave NO time for questions.

That time for questions is where you get into hyper-value territory.

Imagine having the chance to pick the brains of a bunch of successful entrepreneurs.

Hearing about their successes and failures.

Everyone got to listen to and ask questions of Daniel Fazio, Andre Haykal Jr, Christian Bonnier, and more.

People could ask their hyper-specific non-Googelable question (s/o Ayman Arab).

You can only eat so much before you’re full though. Same with thinking.

  1. LONG BREAKS

So many events get breaks 100% WRONG.

They think, “let’s do a session, then a break, then a session, then a break…” and so on.

They pack the schedule.

There’s no time to breathe.

Or poop.

You’re going to hear a LOT of speakers.

It’ll spark a ton of new ideas.

Plus there’s so many people to meet.

Your event needs room to BREATHE.

Each break was a minimum of a half hour. Lunch went 90 minutes.

Everyone had time to digest what they’d just heard.

The event wasn’t just one day. The main mastermind was day two.

  1. EACH DAY HAD A PURPOSE

Each day had a purpose.

Day 1 was the VIP, deep-dive, unforgettable exclusive experiences day.

Day 2 was the main event, with so much value they could have charged double their ticket price and it would have still been a bargain.

But what if you couldn’t be there?

Or you weren’t quite sure if the CA masterminds were for you?

Well… good news.

  1. THE WHOLE EVENT WAS LIVE STREAMED

The replay on X has been seen 11,000 times.

The replay post has had 63,000 impressions.

Cam Meunier’s team captured it all in glorious 4K too.

CA now has an incredible sales tool for their future events.

And for their main program.

I admit, I’m biased in this point. I handled the audio/visual and live streaming part.

But having that live stream, plus the replay, is a POWERFUL tool.

It de-risks the investment into future events for attendees.

“Look at the astounding amount of value they’re giving away for free! Imagine what it’s like to be there with so many successful people.”

So, if you want to make your conference or mastermind a smash hit, do these.

  1. NO BORING PRESENTATIONS.
  2. LIVE UNSCRIPTED PANELS WITH LOTS OF TIME FOR Q&A
  3. LONG BREAKS
  4. EACH DAY HAS A PURPOSE
  5. LIVE STREAM THE WHOLE THING AND GIVE IT AWAY
