Finding the right venue for your virtual or hybrid conference, trade show, or convention can be daunting. Missing these details can cost you thousands of dollars and decimate your profits.

Get as many of these details in writing in your venue contract. At minimum, get responses in an email from the venue. When we work with our clients, there are certain items that if we cannot get those in writing, we recommend disqualifying the venue.
